Service Processing Fees (Non-Refundable)
Our service processing fees cover the administrative work, document verification, application preparation, and submission to the relevant UAE immigration authorities. These fees are non-refundable once your visa application has been submitted to immigration authorities, regardless of the application outcome.
Refund Eligibility
Full Refund
You are eligible for a full refund in the following circumstances:
- Your visa application has not yet been submitted to UAE immigration authorities
- We are unable to provide the service due to technical issues on our end
- Duplicate payment has been processed
- We cancel your order for any reason
To request a refund under these conditions, contact us within 24 hours of payment at support@boundtripvisa.com.
No Refund
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Your visa application has been rejected by UAE immigration authorities
- Your visa application is delayed by immigration authorities
- You provide incorrect, incomplete, or fraudulent information or documentation
- You fail to provide required documents within the specified timeframe
- You voluntarily withdraw your application after submission
- Changes in immigration laws or policies affect your application
- You are denied entry at UAE borders despite having an approved visa
- You do not travel during the visa validity period
Visa Approval Disclaimer
Important: Visa approval is entirely at the discretion of the UAE immigration authorities. Boundless Adventures acts only as a facilitator and application processor. We do not guarantee visa approval, processing times, or entry into the UAE. The final decision rests solely with the immigration department.
Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed
- Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

- Application reference number

- Reason for refund request
